Tufts Career Center

The Tufts Career Center helps both students and alumni manage their careers. Thanks to the Tufts Finance Initiative, for those interested in the financial sector, the office has a dedicated staff person to work with students interested in Finance, Consulting, and Real Estate. They provide a wide range of tools and services, including the Campus Recruiting Program and an online database of jobs and internships, resume and cover letter reviews, interview preparation, and all aspects of career coaching.

In addition, several events such as networking nights, speakers, modeling bootcamps, workshops, and career fairs are held each year. To help students, Alumni are encouraged to:

• Hire Tufts students as interns or full-time employees by posting a job or internship in Handshake (Tufts’ job database). As part of this process, share Tufts talent with hiring managers and human resources professionals in your organization and throughout the industry. Your recommendations carry significant weight.
• Join the Tufts University Career Network LinkedIn Group, and engage with students when they reach out asking for advice and guidance.
• Consider supporting the Tufts Finance Initiative to help keep these resources (programs and staff) available for students.
