The Tufts Financial Network leverages the university’s intellectual resources, connections with influential alumni leaders, and convening power to offer alumni tailored programs and services in key financial centers around the world. Some of the group’s signature programs include:

  • TFN Speaker Series: Led by alumni in the field as well as members of the Tufts faculty and administration, these panels offer a lively intellectual exchange on timely, cutting-edge issues (e.g., microfinance, emerging markets, and socially responsible investing).
  • Finance Career Forum:  An intensive one-day workshop that focuses on careers in the financial services industry.  This annual event involves approximately 175 students and 25 alumni. Through structured panel discussions and informal networking, alumni participants provide real-world advice to students interested in careers in the financial services industry and other related fields.
  • Real Estate Forum:  Hosted at Tufts, this event includes a keynote speaker and panel discussions featuring Tufts alumni on the Real Estate Industry. Topics include Equity Investing, Lending, Leasing, and Developing.
  • Summer Intern Gatherings:  Informal gatherings over breakfast and lunch in New York and Boston that bring together student finance interns and alumni working in finance-related fields, and provide students an opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable career advice.
  • Women’s Mentorship Program:  Designed to bring together female students, with a focus on members of the sophomore class, and successful alumnae who are finance professionals to participate in a mutually beneficial relationship.
